When you order from us, you are ordering a custom hand made product made to order. Each piece takes a huge amount of time put into it. We manufacture everything here in California by hand and we take pride in our craftsmanship.
Each piece has a description page with specific instructions on how to measure your size. Please measure your size correctly. If you product is too big we may be able to shorten it but in some events we may have to re-create the product. If we have to re-create the product you may have to pay to have it re-made because our items are custom made to order.
We currently do not accept any returns unless the item is defective or unless there is a mistake in your order. In that event we will make sure that we go the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied. In the event of a defective product is received, please contact us by clicking here.
We also understand that sometimes packages get lost or stolen in the mail. We cannot cancel your order simply because it is lost or stolen. We can re-send the order if we need to send you another order. We wil not be responsible for incidental damages either from shipping or from a product not getting to its destination on time.
We also do not accept returns for wholesale orders for any reason.
